As a customer focused business, we are keen to reassure guests. The situation regarding Coronavirus (Covid 19) changes regularly and we will always follow the latest regulations.
If the local or national travel restrictions are re-introduced due to Covid-19 then affected Guests will be offered various options including changing the start date of the holiday, a voucher an alternative date or a full refund of the cost paid to date towards renting the property.
At present is mandatory negative test for all flights arriving in Portugal, even for those who have a digital vaccination certificate, regardless of the point of origin of the flight or the passenger's nationality:
- RT-PCR Test (or similar NAAT test) - 72h before boarding, or
- Laboratorial Rapid Antigen Test - 48h before boarding, or
- A valid test or recovery EU Digital COVID Certificate, or
Children under 12 do not need to present test.
If a Guest(s) records a positive Covid test
If a Guest has a positive test and is following the isolation rules will be requested not to come on holiday and the party will be offered the choice of the following options:
- Voucher – valid for 12 months from the original stay date in the same property.
- Date change.
- Full refund.
