New Year\u2019s Eve Carvoeiro 2023<\/h3>

Whether you fancy kicking back in the resort to watch the sky light up or want to get involved in some low-key fun at the Carvoeiro beach party, New Year\u2019s Eve in Carvoeiro promises to be one to remember. Boasting live music on Carvoeiro beach, concerts will start with The Switha\u2019s Band at 10 pm. A firework display on the beach will light up the sky at midnight, followed by a DJ set by Mr Vlalen ft DJ Ezzra until 2 am. The party can be followed by a drink or two at the town\u2019s friendly bars before heading back to the resort for a comfortable night.<\/p>

New Year\u2019s Eve in Albufeira or Portim\u00e3o<\/h3>

If you\u2019re looking to party your way into 2024, the Algarve is definitely the place to be. While winter may not be peak season in the region, that doesn\u2019t stop thousands of locals and tourists from flocking to two of the Algarve\u2019s biggest New Year parties: Portim\u00e3o and the region\u2019s party capital, Albufeira.<\/p>

Considered the hub of the New Year\u2019s Eve celebrations in the Algarve, Albufeira hosts a concert on the beach every year, along with lots of entertainment and fireworks. This year, the city\u2019s going all-out with a multisensory show on its main beach, Praia dos Pescadores. Carpe Nox 2024, which will have free entry, will feature aerial acrobatics, a sea and sky laser show, an international Street Food Festival (from the 28th to the 31st of December), and concerts on the beach, including Richie Campbell, DJ Rita Mendes, The Gift, and Am\u00e1lia Hoje.<\/p>

Portim\u00e3o also promises three nights of free open-air concerts held by the riverside between the 29th and 31st Dec. Kicking off with Beatles tribute band, The Peakles, on the 29th, the 30th will host hits from the 80s, 90s, and 00s performed by RFM Time Machine, with Turb\u2019\u00d3 Baile headlining on the last day of the year.<\/p>
