Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
If a stay is cut short, the resort reserves the right to charge for the entire stay.
The contract is entered into between the Rocha Brava Village Resort and the Guest.
This reservation shall be governed exclusively by Portuguese law.

Restaurant food good, well-stocked mini market with hot bread and other necessities. Great conditions in outdoor areas, swimming pools and other facilities. Great location with several good beaches nearby. Apartment with every amenity and commodity, well-equipped, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

Couple with a Daughter

A mostly tranquil resort with lovely gardens that break up the rows of villas. Several swimming pools to choose from and easy bus access to beaches along the coast. Lovely walks along the cliffs also.

Lucinda Bride

A very special place. The location is a little out of the way but not a problem. Taxis are reasonable and the local buses are fine. Lots to do on-site for families and very friendly staff.
